I loved this cube. Actually, I do not own one, the one that I had was my friends. He let me borrow it (it was a black one) and I was supposed to order a white one, but when I learned that shengshou was making a mini, I decided to get that one. The corner cutting ability is, as far as I know, good. It has absolutely no reverse corner cutting ability though. It is amazingly smooth, and it almost never pops, and when it does, its not like a pop on the 5x5 where it ruins your solve, a pop with this is more of a jam, and you just have to turn the jammed layer to fix it. I love it and can't wait for the ss 7x7 mini.

Received my ShengShou 7x7 and I'm super happy with it! I like it because the quality is excellent. Just like my SS 6x6 the turning is smooth. It doesn't have to be all perfectly aligned to turn the faces. The delivery was relatively quick. I hear the 8x8 calling my name. Will get it soon. (Just one note: I probably should've also bought stickers - one of the yellow corner stickers has a tiny, little nick taken out. I'm a perfectionist but I can still live with this)

Amazing right out of the box. My times dropped immediately after each solve, one after another. The turning is very smooth and consistent among all layers. I highly recommend it for anyone who wants a good 7x7.

Excellent puzzle. The turning is superb and the cube looks nice. Pros: -Smooth -Cheap -Good speed Cons: -VERY large (which could be a pro for large hands -Interesting lockups / pops I have average / smallish hands so the size is actually a bit bothersome but I love the buttery smoothness :D
