Shipping to the United States and Puerto Rico
Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping to United States and Puerto Rican shipping addresses for a flat rate of $1.95. To qualify for free standard shipping, the order total must be over $10. USPS Delivery Confirmation is included free of charge.
Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping via USPS Priority Mail to United States and Puerto Rican shipping addresses for a flat rate of $4.95. To qualify for free expedited shipping, the order total must be over $50. USPS Delivery Confirmation is included free of charge.
Shipping to Canada
USPS First-Class International Parcel Service: We offer shipping via USPS First-Class International to Canadian shipping addresses. The shipping rate is directly determined by USPS rates -- what you pay for shipping is the amount we pay to ship the product to your address. A USPS E-delivery confirmation number number will be provided free of charge, which can be used to track the progress of the shipment for a limited time.
Sticker-Only Orders: For orders containing only stickers, a flat rate of $1.95 is charged for Canadian shipping destinations. To qualify for free sticker shipping, the order total must be over $15.
International Shipping
USPS First-Class International Parcel Service: For all other shipping addresses not in Canada, the United States, or Puerto Rico, we offer shipping via USPS First-Class International. The shipping rate is directly determined by USPS rates -- what you pay for shipping is the amount we pay to ship the product to your address. A USPS customs number will be provided free of charge, which can be used to track the progress of the shipment for a limited time.

Return Policy
All cubes are carefully inspected before they are shipped out. However, in the off chance that the cube suffers damage during the shipping process, you may contact us regarding the issue at support@thecubicle.us. Return requests will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.
