Cube Upgrade Service Guide
Please read this guide carefully before placing an order or sending us cubes under the Cube Upgrade Service.
1. This service will upgrade your cubes to the exact specifications of our custom cubes. In other words, you will provide the cube and The Cubicle will provide the modding, lubing and tensioning.
2. It is your responsibility to ship the cubes you want upgraded to our address. The address will be provided after you place your order. Once your upgrades are complete, The Cubicle will ship (in exact accordance to our shipping policies) all upgraded cubes to your address. If you want the cubes shipped to a different address, include the new address as a comment. We will let you know when we receive your package.
3. We are not responsible for lost or damaged cubes. It is your responsibility to safely send the cubes to our address. Tracking, speed of shipping and insurance options on your end are up to you.
4. Please double check the cubes you are sending to us. We will hold the entire order and not begin modding until all unpaid cubes are paid for. If you forget to send us a cube you paid for, promptly notify us so we can return all your upgraded cubes in one single package. Long story short, be careful!
5. If you are sending multiple cubes, make sure we can identify which cube is which. If we cannot identify which cube is which, we will contact you for clarification.
6. Do not send us broken or defective cubes! We will not mod or provide refunds associated with broken or defective cubes. Normal, out-of-the-box cubes (used or new) are preferred. We will contact you if we receive broken or defective cubes.
7. Use the Salvage option if it is applicable. If your cube already has modifications or if it is not an application DaYan model, please select the “Salvage option”. This option is available for all 3x3s. Improvements to the cube will be made at the discretion of a small kitten.
8. We cannot guarantee any refunds once an upgrade order is made.
Because we are only one small kitten and one cool guy, large quantities of cubes will take a little longer. We aim to be as quick and careful as possible. Write to us anytime if you want a status update.
