Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Ok

It gets very fast after used for a while, you have to be perfectly accurate for it to not pop. The stickers look bad, and are not placed well. It is still fun to use.

Fun to solve...

I got this puzzle for Christmas. It is my first cuboid, and it is fun to solve when I'm bored. However, the puzzle is very inadequate quality. My brother also got this puzzle and it popped numerous times because of the cubey construction. This also means no cornercutting at all. I also am not happy with the color scheme. But, if you don't care about any of that, then this is a pretty nice puzzle to fidget with.

For the price I can't really conplain. I am just not getting into custody cuboids and for a first cuboid it is very fun to solve. The only reason for 3 stars is turning. It is very stiff but some breaking in and lube will fix that if it is a problem for you. The sticker shades are all preference. It never really confused me or bothered me. Although I do wish they were different it's all preference.

it's okay

It's a good cube for the price, it's easy to solve and fun to play with.
When I first got it it was super stif and it was hard to turn, but after I put lube in it turns really nice and smooth.

Not Bad

I got this like 5 months ago, when I was a cubing newb. I didn't even know about lube so I just put some petroleum jelly (Vaseline) in it and the turning was so smooth. Now 5 months later I am much more experienced and have lube but I feel that lubricating a small puzzle like this isn't worth it. Also the size kinda sucks. Each cubie is in proportion to a normal 56mm 3x3 so it is pretty small. Overall not a bad puzzle but it's very fun to solve.

While it is fun to solve, there is a major problem with this cuboid. If you hold the cuboid so that the smaller sides are to the left and right and try to corner cut between 7.5 and 20 degrees, it will pop. There is no getting around it. The pieces on the small sides are placed underneath the pieces of the middle layer, so it will fall out. And when this happens, it is very hard to put back together. The first time this happened to me it took an hour to reassemble. You have to be careful. The problem that everybody is complaining about is that the stickers on the small sides are bad shades for a cube. This comes down to preference, but it is not a recognition issue. It isn't as bad as everybody says, but the popping ruins it.

Nice Puzzle, pretty simple to solve, but still fun. The turning is nice and easy, it's a loose kinda flimsy turning, but it's really catchy, there's like zero corner cutting, but for such a small puzzle that's not really a problem. One thing you have to do though is replace the stickers, the top and bottom are light and dark grey, and the other colours are a bit dull, but put on a few of your regulars and you'll be fine.
