Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Surprisingly small

This is my first 7x7x7 cube and I imagine it much bigger than what it actually is, so it was a nice surprise to see it Is just a bit bigger than a standard 3x3x3.
The cube comes lubricated and the rotation s smooth I really like it! The colors are bright (sticker less version)

Bad

It’s super stiff cube and pops on me all the time and can’t solve it very fast because it locks up all the time

Cyclone Boys G7

Cyclone boys ? I have examined the packaging closely and the only thing I can see for an identifier is 'Shaolin Popey' within the logo. Nice box with a personal touch but where does the name Cyclone boys come from ? Anyways , This Cyclone Boys G7 represents excellent value for those that want a high order cube. I actually bought it to take apart and put back together again , a puzzle in a jig saw sense ;-) I figured that getting a budget high order cube would pop and lead me into what I want to do. Surprisingly this cube is engineered quite well and when solving I have no fear of a pop. Catching is minimal as it is very easy to align the layers between moves . Color scheme is excellent and turning feel is quite satisfying. I like this cube and when it went on sale , I bought another one . I am sure that if I drop it on a hard surface it will explode . This cube is not magnetized and does not need to be , it is a pleasure to use as it is and I recommend it. Cyclone Boys makes a great product at a good price .

Awesome Budget 7x7

Out of the box, it was already pretty fast, felt a little sandy, and had good corner cutting (a little over 1 cubie). This suprised me because the Cyclone Boys g6 was tight and sluggish out of the box and required a lot of lube and break in before it became good. On this cube, all the layers turn really well with little resistance. In addition, major lock ups are pretty rare and pops seem pretty much nonexistant at stock settings.

The only downside that I can see about this cube is that it is a little bit "wobbly" feeling, even at fairly tight stock tensions. At first I struggled to maintain a cubic shape during 3x3 stage on this cube because the inner layers were easy to misalign. Some Traxxas 50k helped this a lot. It didn't really slow the puzzle down but just made the cube much more stable feeling and the turning very buttery. If you're into magnetizing puzzles, you might find it worthwhile to magnetize this one to further improve stability.

Overall though, I highly recommend this puzzle. It really performs much better than you'd expect a $22 7x7 to perform.

I like this puzzle

I have had this puzzle for 1 week. This is my second 7x7, I also have an MF7S. This puzzle is smoother than MF7s, and harder to pop. I popped this puzzle once and wasn't able to get the piece back in without unscrewing. You might be able to get it back in, I was just being careful not to break it. I have the Mf7s pop all the time and I can put those pieces back real easy. It doesn't feel like it will pop. There is a little bit of lubricant already on this puzzle out of the box. I think it would be fine not doing anything with this puzzle out of the box for your first 7x7, but I don't know what it would feel like when the factory lubricant dried out.

After putting weight 5 in this puzzle and changing tensions I got my first sub 7 minute solve. It still doesn't feel like it will pop. Also the corner cutting is better on this puzzle than my other 7x7, probably because all the pieces are rounded. I can't corner cut a piece and a half, but I can cut more than one piece. This puzzle doesn't have the lock ups that I had here and there on the MF7S.

This puzzle is stickerless, and I like that better than my stickered MF7s
