The YJ Elephant is a special 2x2 puzzle that resembles an elephant. It can be solved as a normal 2x2 with the colors as different parts of the elephant.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Larger than I expected

This is larger than I thought it was going to be, especially for a 2X2.
There are some puzzles that are important to not give to little kids or anyone who's going to rough-house the puzzle, this is one of those puzzles. It looks cool on the Shelf with all of my other puzzle cubes. If someone should ask me if it's really a puzzle at least I can prove to them that it is a puzzle and not just a decoration. Still, it's not going to make it onto my every day rotation of puzzles.
I'm glad I got the pink one but, if these ever get put back into stock I'd love to have the blue one as well.
(Also doesn't Dumbo have some weird trippy nightmare with pink elephants?...oh it's been years since I saw that.)

I opened the box to this cube and i immediately loved it. After a solve, a cap fell off and then the entire cube fell apart. It was VERY hard to put together for a 2x2 and after a lot of time, i eventually got it back together. If you get this, i would recommend glueing all of the caps on if they fall off. It is a very fun and cute cube. When i got it, it was way bigger than i expected.

Review

Doesn't pop, turns smoothly, and corner cutting is good for an elephants cube. Don't forget it looks aborable when complete. It's really fun to solve and a great addition to any collection!

Terrible

I was excited when I opened up the packaging and started to turn the cube, but I did one solve, and at the end of the solve the cube popped, with 3 of the inner edges popping out as well. It is impossible to reassemble. Overall I was very disappointed with this 2x2, and would not recommend it unless you don't plan on using it whatsoever.
