FangShi ShiShuang 2x2 50mm (Tiled)

This cube is so fucking bad i had it 2 months then it broke like wtf.

This cube out of the box came very sluggish. I disassembling it, clean off the factory lube, and let it air dry. Then put some weight 4-5 on the core, and maru/any water based lube on the pieces. Tension to your prefered likings. Overall, this cube is good once personally managed.

i got this and out of the box it felt really sluggish. I broke it in and added some maru and made it looser. It was a bit faster and i could average around 5-10 seconds on it but i think i will have my other 2x2 still be my main. It is still a good cube though I would recommend it for newer cubers that aren't that fast yet.

Even though it's from 2013 it's still a very fast cube. It's kinda crunchy and I love the tiles. It was my first good 2x2 and it's still my main 2x2. It corner cuts at just barely under 45 degrees. Even out of the box I loved it. I added some lubricant in it later, and I couldn't really tell that much of a difference. When you drop it on a hard surface some tiles might fall off, but you can easily place them back in. Overall, a great 2x2 for beginners, but there are some better options nowadays.

This is an okay cube for learning to solve 2x2, but once I got fast there were so many pops. And one day an internal pop occurred and the center screw got out of alignment. This problem would not fix, I tried for hours and hours to fix it. Not the best I would recommend the Moyu LingPo for speed solvers.

This cube is amazing! Right out of the box, it turned really well, but it was a little too loose for my liking. I tensioned the cube properly and it was perfect. I haven't applied any lube yet and I almost feel like I don't have to. The corner cutting is also really good. 0 pops after solving with it for the past day. (I'll update it if it does pop, but it probably won't) The size is a little larger than other cubes, which is why I bought it. The size is really nice too. I compared it with my friend's dayan and I actually like this one better. Overall, amazing 2x2.

The Fangshi ShiShuang is a amazing 2x2! Tiles are good shades except for the yellow side which is too dark for my liking. Anyways, the turning is probably my favorite aspect of this cube! Turning is smooth and slightly scratchy just like the Fangshi Guangying and ShuangRen. Popping is not an issue at all! Just like all Fangshi 3x3s, popping dooes not happen because of the mechanism. Corner cutting is just below 45 degrees (depends on your own tensions). Assembling this cube after lubing was a big challenge for me but i got the last corner in with in a couple of minutes. Overall, this 2x2 is great!

this puzzle is dissapointing i thought this will be my main it was not. ot feels placicy and cheap i lubed it witn wt 3 and i made it even worse. would not recomend

This cube I love. It's nice crsipy yet smooth felling out of the box and later after being broke in. I have it now as my main even though I have the Moyu Lingpo. I lubed my cube in the core and pieces and I average 5 seconds with intermediate algorithms. Pops may happen I've had my cube for a few months now and it's popped once. Corner cutting is as good as any other great cube like the dayan. So if you need a cube that is all OUT AMAZING get this or 55mm. I hate the tiles but I just got Moyu shades (You can put any of your choice) and put stickers over the tiles. Best stickers that fit is the other 50mm fangshi 2x2. So I definitely recommend this cube 10/10 IGN :)
