The MoYu Magnetic Skewb is now available! The latest version of the MoYu Skewb uses specialized magnets instead of bearings for a tactile and smooth feeling when speedsolving the skewb.

Limited-Edition (LE) Version: The Transparent Purple MoYu Magnetic Skewb is a limited-edition release, and only 1,200 of this version will ever be produced in total. We are pleased to offer this version while supplies last. This version includes a clear display box, a transparent purple cube stand, and a collectible signed Michał Rzewuski card. Please note that this version is fully unstickered right out of the box, and it comes with a set of factory stickers.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

The magnets are a bit loud, but the cube has a really nice feel to it. And it's absolutely beautiful.

Great Cube but Pops a Lot

REVIEW: I purchased this puzzle as my first skewb because I own a lot of other MoYu products and they have all worked great. The magnet sounds are very loud and were annoying at first, but once you start actually solving, you get used to them and appreciate the stability they give. However, this puzzle pops a lot. I have owned this cube for less than 24 hours and it has already popped twice. The first time it popped it completely fell apart and took me a very long time to reassemble it, but the second time it was much easier. Both of these pops occurred when I was doing a sledgehammer even though I am new to skewb and was not turning very fast. Overall, this puzzle is fantastic if you're ok with fixing an occasional pop once in a while. The only reason I am taking a star off is for the popping but the performance is otherwise fantastic.
SETUP: I don't know how tight skewb tensions are supposed to be and it works fine for me so I have left it at stock tensions. I did add a few drops of lubicle silk which has made the cube a lot quiter and smoother to solve.
PROS:
Magnets add stability
Very smooth out of the box
CONS:
Magnet sounds are loud and annoy my family
Pops are annoying

It's my first skweb!And I'm loving it

It doesn't pop.It has the best tensions.I want the card to be a but stiff though.Overall it's the best skweb on the market.

Good but Could use Some Improvements

This cube is very good out of the box, lube is not necessary for a while, but there is one big problem, that makes me wonder how this cube could have been build differently. It pops...almost every to every few solves. Other than that, is a very fast skewb, much faster than my Moyu Skewb, with no magnets.

Nice Skweb

This skweb is like the ordinary one except with cheaper plastic. The ordinary one is sandy out of the box and smooth and faster after a few days. A MUST GET for collectors

Ok Qiyi is better

This skewb is ok not the best but the fastest I've tried but not to good corner cutting so I'd recommend Qiyi
