YuXin Little Magic Megaminx

So the cube feels little cheap, it is not mean`t to be for speedsolving. Buy it if you want to have it just for solving and not speedsolving i give it 3.5/5 but i can`t so i give it a 3

When I got this megaminx, it was BAD. Super slow, corner-cutting was nonexistant, and locked up on pretty much every turn. After breaking it in for a while, it isn't much better. I loosened the tensions a ton as well, and it STILL locks up on lots of turns. At least corner-cutting is moderately decent now, and it's a lot faster. Still, it made megaminx no longer fun for me after I lost my Yuhu. Now that I have a Galaxy, just get that, even if you're on a budget. This puzzle probably isn't even half of the Galaxy's performance anyway. Although if all you can afford is this one, get it. But if you have the money, don't even bother with this. Just get the Galaxy.

This megaminx was a replacement for my QJ megaminx, which got smashed on the day I got it. Straight out of the box, it had great turning and was about 2 or 3 times better than the QJ. The only downside is that it could do with corner cutting. However, you can still easily do finger tricks. It is a great cube overall.

Straight out of the box this is super dry and locks up a ton. Lubing it and loosening the tensions helped it not lock up as much. I would recommend this for someone who is a beginner at the megaminx, not for somebody who is already comfortable solving it and wants a smoother, faster puzzle. It's alright for its price though.

Let me get straight to the point. Out of the box, this thing was pretty bad, but that's with all megaminxes on the market. You just need to loosen it to the point where it won't pop, but this one won't pop in a million years. It is a bit difficult to assemble, but the puzzle is great after loosening and breaking in. My first solve broke my average on this with a time of 3:45.xx (I'm a bit slow but whatever). All I can say is that I'll definitely be using this at a competition for this event.

This was my first megaminx, and it was perfect. It cut amazingly, it was very fast and smooth. I recommend this to any beginner. I can't say how it performs compared to top class megaminx though

This puzzle is amazing turns so well and smooth you never want to put it down. It can even corner cut half a cube. Really smooth and fast and great for beginners and intermediate solvers. No lube needed

it was very tight and dry out of the box but adding maru and loosening helps alot. i can see people using this as their mains, and for the price its even better, for the small amount of set up and its $7, definitely pick this up.

Out of the box, this puzzle was very tight and locky. After loosening and lubing with Weight 3 in the core and Weight 1 on the pieces, the lockups are greatly reduced and the turning is smooth and controllable. Forward corner cutting is over 36 degrees, and reverse is about 2/3 of a cubie. This dropped my times by 30 seconds compared to the Yuhu. Definitely recommended for beginning to intermediate solvers, though it may be a bit slow for advanced megaminx solvers.

This Megaminx came realy tight but it still preforms great besides rivirse corner cutting but it might improve via loosening.
