Our Promise to You

All of our products are guaranteed to be free of defects, or we will replace and reship at no cost to you. Please contact us within 4 weeks (28 days) past the delivery date to report any issues with items you have purchased.

Please note that some new cubes when being used for the first few times may experience what is termed a "pop". This is when one or more parts of a puzzle pop out without any damage actually being done to any of the pieces. This also occurs from time to time during normal usage. Pops are typically not considered a defect if the parts which come off can be reassembled by hand.

The corners on 2x2 puzzles should not be twisted as doing so may snap the piece. Damage caused by corner twisting is not considered to be a defect.

Cool collectors item, but terrible design.

Like the others say, it's a very cool, colorful and solid plastic cube with some real weight to it. A real collectors item.
But the turning is absolutely horrible. I spent a whole bottle of lube, and still struggle just to turn it. The centerpieces unscrew themselves so that most of the cube falls apart in your hands. Had to rebuild it 3 times before a single solve.
So if you're looking for a cool shelf cube, this is definitely one to add to your collection, but not much to really cube with.

Order only if you're ready to set it up.

This puzzle looks amazing. I got I in about 4 weeks, and it turned awfully. I disassemble it, lubed it and etc... Now it spins much better. I would 100% recommend this puzzle if you're a collector and appreciate pretty puzzles, but if you're a speed cuber don't expect it to turn great, especially not out of the box.

I don't think it's worth the 41 dollars

This cube is an interesting one for sure. It's fun to play with, however, it's very stiff out of the box, and isn't very stable once it's been loosened at all. The structure of the cube is good, and it's fun to play with, but by the time I've finished a solve, my hands hurt, and it's impossible to finger trick what so ever- full hand turns are necessary. Due to how hard it is to move, I did try to loosen the screws under the center caps, however, even the slightest bit of loosening frees up the screws to unscrew themselves while attempting to solve, resulting in a complete disassembly, especially if the pieces aren't completely aligned while trying to move it. After I experienced a bad pop due to two of the screws unscrewing themselves during a solve, I realized, putting it together, that the pieces fit very tightly together, and it a pain to reassemble. This is a good puzzle, it's entertaining, however if a better version with a better mechanism comes out I'll probably buy that one and just keep this one as a collectible. I'm no professional with puzzles and cubes, but I don't think the 41 dollars is worth it for this puzzle.
